Best Critical Care Nurse Award

The Best Critical Care Nurse Award recognizes outstanding nursing professionals who have demonstrated excellence, dedication, and leadership in critical care nursing. This award celebrates both Male and Female nurses who have significantly contributed to patient care, safety, and innovation in their field.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 10 years of total nursing experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in critical care nursing.
  • The applicant must be registered for the conference where the award will be presented.
  • The applicant must submit a detailed CV highlighting their qualifications, certifications, professional experience, achievements, and contributions to critical care nursing.
  • A letter of recommendation from the employer is mandatory.
  • The evaluation criteria should be comprehensive and assessed by experienced nursing professionals.

Award & Recognition

  • 🏆 Prize Money: ₹11,000 for each winner (Male & Female category).
  • 📜 Certificate of Excellence & Trophy will be awarded.
  • 🎤 Recognition during the conference award ceremony.

The awards will be presented to the best paper and poster selected from those presented during the conference.
The winners will be announced at the Valedictory Ceremony of CRITICON 2025.

Best UG / PG Thesis Award

Award Criteria

  • Open to UG/PG nursing students who completed their thesis as part of academic requirements.
  • Conference registration for application of award is mandatory.
  • Research must be conducted in the immediate previous or current session.
  • Only original, unpublished research is accepted—plagiarism leads to disqualification.
  • The thesis should contribute to nursing research, practice, education, or healthcare policy.
  • Submit in PDF Format only.
  • The submission must follow a standard format, including:
    • Title page with author details (name, institution, program, year).
    • Abstract (250–300 words).
    • Introduction and Literature Review: 300–500 words.
    • Methodology: 250–400 words.
    • Data Analysis and Findings: 300–500 words.
    • Discussion and Conclusion: 250–400 words.
    • References (APA/MLA style): No word limit.
  • Include a recommendation letter from the supervisor/institution head along with a declaration of conflict of interest, ethical information, and source of funding.
  • Any form of plagiarism, data manipulation, or unethical research practices will result in immediate disqualification.
  • The jury's verdict will be final and binding, with no scope for appeal or reconsideration.
  • All applications for UG/PG awards must be submitted by email to criticonn@paruluniversity.ac.in before 5th March 2025.
